Your choice

The website and calculator work without analytics. Your cookie preferences are stored locally for up to 180 days. Use Cookie preferences at the bottom of each page to change or withdraw consent. Earlier visits are not retroactively recorded after you consent.

Audience analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits, general interactions, language and contact-link clicks. A contact click does not mean an enquiry was received. Advertising storage, personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in the website code. We do not send chat messages, calculator inputs or calculated amounts as analytics events. Google may process technical connection and device information.

Session recordings and heatmaps

Microsoft Clarity is a separate optional choice. It helps us understand navigation and interaction patterns. Chat areas and the embedded calculator are masked; recordings are disabled on standalone calculator pages and URLs with query parameters. Recordings are not claimed to be anonymous.

Calculator and AI chat

Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. When you send a chat message, the recent conversation is sent through our server to the AI provider to produce a response. Do not enter confidential business information or sensitive personal data. Hosting and AI providers may retain operational logs under their own service policies.

Providers and retention

Google, Microsoft and our hosting and AI providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their contractual safeguards and privacy terms apply. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days. Retention of analytics events and recordings also depends on the provider account settings; cookie expiry does not delete data already received by a provider.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent and contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Withdrawing consent stops future optional measurement; contact us about data already collected.
