About
I work at the intersection of strategy, business architecture, business development and AI.
My strength lies in identifying opportunities early, seeing connections and reducing complex challenges to a workable whole. I translate new possibilities into propositions, business models, products and organisations that can actually function and grow.
Broad business experience, strong analytical ability, creative thinking, pattern recognition and a distinctly solution-oriented approach help me turn complex challenges into clear choices and practical solutions.
AI has significantly increased my execution capacity. Research, analysis, modelling, design and validation move faster. This helps me turn ideas into concrete products, processes and new ways of working sooner. I apply this daily in the development of AI-native products, systems and infrastructure.
I build on more than 30 years of experience in finance, investment due diligence, retail, strategy, business development, entrepreneurship and executive responsibility. That experience helps me assess opportunities from multiple perspectives and translate change into practical implications for business and organisation.

How I Work
A View on AI
AI is changing the world at a staggering pace. More and more of the basic work — relatively standard or repetitive work — will be done by AI. Time is freed up for more quality and more humanity.
Every day, I experience how AI expands my capacity for research, analysis and development. Ideas can be explored and tested sooner. Knowledge becomes more accessible. This makes business judgement essential: what creates value, what is reliable and what fits the organisation?
Use the Impact Calculator below to explore how different assumptions affect productivity, revenue and costs. The results are scenarios, not forecasts.

How I Think
A business is not a collection of separate parts.
It is one system, and everything within it is connected.
The law of communicating vessels — applied to organisations. A change in sales flows through into operations, culture, cash flow. And a problem that manifests in finance rarely has its root cause in finance. Fixing locally without understanding the system only moves the problem. Address the cause, not the symptom.
Then it is made simple. Not because it is simple, but because complexity that cannot be transferred does not work. The best solution is the one everyone understands and that can be implemented immediately.
Direction shapes decisions
A new direction changes your proposition, calls for different organisational capabilities and determines what you deliver first.
A promise needs the capacity to deliver
More sales affect team capacity and delivery quality. What customers need then helps sharpen your strategy.
Growth depends on alignment
Roles, collaboration and decision-making determine what can be delivered. They make commercial promises credible and reveal whether the strategy is achievable.
Delivery sharpens direction
Delivery reveals what actually works. That experience helps your organisation learn, improves your proposition and informs the next strategic decision.
30 years in finance, retail, tech, AI and strategy — not fragmentation, but reach
Breadth without depth remains superficial. Breadth as a lens for depth produces something different: seeing connections between domains that specialists miss. That is exactly where the value lies for complex challenges.
I go deep where it matters — not shallow advising but actually building systems
When you understand how a system works, you also see where it can be more efficient — and where change has the most leverage for the organisation. Not more work, but smarter structure.
Making complex problems clear is a discipline in itself — and the prerequisite for good decisions
Complexity is rarely the problem itself — it is the way it is presented. Bringing it back to the core, making it transferable, so everyone in the organisation understands what needs to happen and why.
What sport and business have in common
Years of experience as an athlete and as a trainer and coach at a high level. Performing under pressure as a team, switching fast, task-oriented, getting back up after setbacks — and bringing a team along in one direction. That mentality runs through everything that follows.
Direct communication. High autonomy. No unnecessary layers.
